My London Limited Terms & Conditions

1. All prices and information quoted for My London Limited (registered company 04932770) and Guest Accommodation is based on information provided to My London Limited by the properties and may be subject to change without prior notice. My London Limited cannot be held responsible for any errors in the information supplied by the hotels or Guest Accommodation featured on this website.
2. Availability at Hotels and Guest Accommodation is constantly changing and non-contracted booking requests cannot be confirmed unless guaranteed with a valid credit/debit card.
3. Cancellations are subject to the individual property's terms and conditions. You will be advised when you request your booking.
4. My London Limited is booking on your behalf, and guarantees the booking on your behalf. Any penalty charges arising as a result of failure to utilize the accommodation as booked are your responsibility.
5. In the event of a cancellation or non-arrival outside the property's stated cancellation policy, the property reserves the right to apply cancellation charges.
6. All amendments and cancellations should be made through My London Limited and not with the hotel directly. In the event that such information is communicated directly with the hotel, My London Limited strongly suggests that a note is retained of the name of the person at the hotel and the date and time of the communication or where possible to ask written confirmation of communication. It should be noted that My London limited is unable to accept responsibility for any costs arising directly or indirectly from cancellations or amendments not made through My London Limited.
7. My London limited will make the hotel aware of the accounting requirements for each booking; this can be directly to do hotel on your departure or pre-paid to My London Limited.

8. My London Limited places bookings with the hotel in good faith, and confirms the booking details to both the client and the hotel. My London Limited is unable to accept any responsibility whatsoever for failure on the part of the hotel to honour the booking in accordance with our confirmation or for any costs arising from such failure.
9. It is your responsibility to check the confirmation carefully to ensure that no errors have been made, and to notify My London Limited immediately if any information is incorrect.
10. My London Limited have made every effort to ensure that the information provided to you is accurate, however are unable to accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, nor for the failure of the hotel to provide any of the services or facilities described.
13.You may cancel or change your pre-paid reservation, but you will be charged the cancellation or change fee indicated on the reservation confirmation form at the time of booking. In addition, if you do not cancel or change your reservation before the cancellation policy period applicable to hotel you reserved, which varies by hotel ( usually 24 to 72 hours prior to your date of arrival), you will be subject to a charge of one nights room rate, vat. No refund will be made for no-shows or agree to pay any cancellations of reservations after they are made, generally for stays during holiday periods or special events. You will be notified before the reservation order is completed and your credit card is charged if a reservation is non-refundable or non-changeable. You agree to abide by the terms & conditions imposed with respect to any conditions imposed with respect to any completed reservation order for a hotel stay as specified on the reservation order form.
11.When you make your group booking or long stay booking a deposit of 20% of the total booking cost is required. The balance of payment must be paid to us at least 12 weeks before the accommodation is to be used. These will be indicated on the reservation form or on pro-forma invoice. If payment is not received by this date, we cannot guarantee to hold your space as reserved. Please note that bookings for trade fairs, exhibitions and special events have to be paid in full at the time of booking. We will inform you of this when you make the booking
12.Normal check in / check out times vary by each Hotel but as a rule, please use this guide. Check In: 2pm Check out: 12am. Rooms may be kept on later, to be agreed with the property direct, for an extra charge. If there is such a request please liaise with us while you are requesting your reservation.

Complaints

Any cause for complaint must first be notified as soon as possible to the supplier of the service; if you are still dissatisfied, you must then write to us at the earliest opportunity and within 28 days. We will do what we can to resolve your dispute:

Please note that we do not accept liability for consequential loss and, apart from personal injury claims, maximum liability to you is limited to the price of your hotel stay.
